Job Description Job Description Job Title: Civil Superintendent Job Description The Project Superintendent will manage and control assigned projects, including overseeing field operations, site safety, productivity, schedule, and quality of work. The role involves working closely with contractors, suppliers, and the Project Manager. The Superintendent directs and supervises activities of workers engaged in the construction process and coordinates various phases of construction to prevent delays. A thorough understanding of safety hazards related to the work and the ability to safely use or operate work-related tools and equipment is essential. The position requires working in a plant operations or construction jobsite setting. Responsibilities Manage and control assigned projects, ensuring field operations are efficient. Oversee site safety, productivity, schedule, and quality of work. Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and Project Manager. Direct and supervise activities of workers engaged in the construction process. Coordinate various phases of construction to prevent delays. Learn and understand all safety hazards related to the work. Safely and effectively use or operate work-related tools and equipment. Essential Skills Civil construction oversight Site development 5 years of Civil Superintendent experience for large CAPEX projects Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with data centers, LNG, and petrochemical CAPEX projects Work Environment The work environment includes data centers, LNG, and petrochemical CAPEX projects. The role requires working in plant operations or construction jobsite settings. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Baton Rouge, LA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $150000.00/yr. Healthcare Dental Vision 401K Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Baton Rouge,LA.
