Overview
As the Financial Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for performing various financial reporting duties and maintaining budget data.
Responsibilities

• • Collaborates in the preparation of monthly projections.
  • Works with team members to improve the budget model by assisting with the design, implementation, and testing of improvements.
  • Performs statistical analysis to identify trends used in projections and budget modeling.
  • Maintains reports for MOR, Executive Reports and Field Reporting.
  • Compiles, reviews, and uploads budget data into the TM1 budget model.
  • Assists with security requests for TM1 access.
  • Maintains reporting structure used for Internal/External Reporting and Budgeting.
  • Sets up new companies, locations, and accounts in the General Ledger.
  • Maintains the GL structure: COA, source codes, month-end/year-end close, and other maintenance.
  • Maintains PeopleSoft nVision reports.
    • Complies with policies, procedures and regulatory mandates including but not limited to abiding to the terms of the Amedisys Compliance Program. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
      • Financial reporting administration abilities, preferably in multidimensional models.
      • Strong software skills with a proficiency in accounting software.
      • Outstanding analytical skills and demonstrated expertise in developing and utilizing detailed, Excel-based, statistical models. Knowledge of pivot tables and lookups is a requirement.
      • Ability to develop and implement financial operational strategies.
      • Strong people skills including excellent verbal and written communication.
      • Demonstrated knowledge of customer service skills when responding to questions and other inquiries from internal and external customers.
      • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, to set priorities, and forecast needs Qualifications
        Required
        • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferably with an emphasis in technology or information sciences
        • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including fluency in V and H lookups and pivot tables
        • Five (5+) years' experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
