to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This professional
will coordinate and participate in the design, testing,
implementation, and review of complex manual and automated
financial and accounting systems and processes. What it Means to

Will be Responsible For:
- Partner with executive leadership by providing decision support
and ad-hoc analysis. Summarize findings and present to leadership.
This role will be supporting office of Chief Technology
Officer.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis by synthesizing large
volumes of data, building analytical framework, interpret the data
and summarize findings
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and
analyzing causes of variance
- Drive planning and forecasting activities including resource
planning and vendor spend projections.
- Collaborate with business leaders in preparation of business
cases and financial modeling.
- Build effective relationships across departments and within
FP&A team.
- Provide accurate quarterly and monthly financial reports.
- Advise and partner with Business Analytics team on design and
optimization of Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard
reports
- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive
efficiencies and understand ROI in Technology programs, vendor
analysis, benefits tracking.
- Develop scenario analysis and financial models to support
strategic initiatives.
- Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and senior
management team. Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proven understanding of GAAP in constructing financial modeling
and reports
- Hands on experience in planning, reporting and data
analysis
- Prior experience in providing decision support to business unit
leadership or/and operations leaders including IT, HR, or
Marketing
- Experience in analyzing financial data and conducting
presentations to leadership
- Knowledge of planning systems and advanced use of excel
- Attention to details, synthesize, summarize data and present
analysis in concise, insightful manner
- Self-starter and problem solver
- Effective communicator and team player

Preferred Location: Iselin For NYC and California, the expected
salary range for this position is between 52167 and 78249.6 The
range for the position in other geographies may vary based on
market differences.The actual compensation will be determined based
on experience and other factors permitted by law.
