ROLE SUMMARYThe PMO Lead leads a team of professionals providing
comprehensive project management for the execution and end- to- end
delivery of initiatives for QO & EHS organization, network projects
that cross different Quality operating units (T4) boundaries from
early design or development through lifecycle management (LCM). The
Team Lead serves as a cross-functional leader between the operating
units within QO&EHS organization, ensuring all deliverables are
achieved on or ahead of schedule, within budget target, and with
quality that meets or exceeds business needs across the
portfolio.As a leader of the PMO organization, the lead will
exercise bold and creative thinking to deliver multiple projects
and work activities of significant complexity, using leadership and
interpersonal skills to motivate and influence for high team
performance.Responsibilities encompass strategic problem-solving,
project planning, regulatory compliance, execution and delivery,
team effectiveness, risk management, and communication
management.This role is a key enabler to transform QO & EHS working
across the team and with Pfizer partners/stakeholders to increase
productivity and performance.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for leading a highly effective group of colleagues
focused on project management.
- Manage development of project schedule (including key
milestones and critical path), coordination of multiple
sub-projects, budget and related interdependencies.
- Support resource forecasts and confirms appropriate team
resources assigned for project/program support.
- Lead and facilitate the identification of operation and
project/program issues and risks and drives resolution through a
matrix environment, effectively documenting
decisions/rationale.
- Provide assessment of milestone achievement, investment
triggers and go/no go decision points to prepare for governance
presentations to support portfolio-level decision making and
prioritization.
- Facilitate team to appropriate discussions leading to effective
decision-making, alternative development options, including pros,
cons, and risks.
- Conduct lessons learned and after-action reviews.
- Provide managerial guidance on goals and prioritization, issue
escalation and coaching for performance.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a project/program
management role in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing or similar
regulated industry. Proficiency in process improvement
methodologies, project management and digital applications.
- Previous people leadership experience required and experience
leading the development and technical growth of colleagues to
support business transformation.
- Strong knowledge of quality and manufacturing operations
- Proven ability to lead organizational change.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills with experiencing
solving complex and unique problems
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate
across PGS functions and work effectively across all levels of the
organization
- Experience in managing projects that require critical thinking,
collaborative approaches; innovation; strong analytical skills;
ability to understand business issues and processes
- Experience in leading/influencing internal and external
stakeholders

- An advanced degree is preferred.
- Professional PM Certification (Project Management Professional
[PMP] or equivalent)

- Position can be RemoteThe annual base salary for this position
ranges from $168,300.00 to $269,600.00. In addition, this position
offers an annual bonus with a target of 22.5% of the base salary
and eligibility to participate in our share based long term
incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings
plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid
caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to
include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in
accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
Salary range does not apply to the Tampa, FL location.Relocation
