Job Description:
Job Summary:Participates in the development of digital marketing
strategy and direct implementation of marketing tactics. Works
collaboratively with Marketing/Communications team by offering
creativity and idea-sharing for concept development and marketing
strategy evaluation. Partners with internal stakeholders to
develop, test and deploy enhancements for system websites and
digital platforms. Responds to internal and external feedback,
assisting in enforcing web standards and ongoing quality control of
website. Assists in making web and app updates for all Woman's
websites and applications. Monitors and analyses the effectiveness
of marketing tactics and contributes relevant data for reporting
and analytics dashboards. Serves as a liaison to internal
departments by attending meetings and aiding the development of
web, social and other digital content strategies. Helps support the
development of compelling, multi-channel content for websites,
apps, podcasts, blogs, email marketing, social media, video, and
campaign collateral. etc.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in
Digital Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field.3 years
minimum work experience in a marketing or digital marketing,
advertising, business role.Job Knowledge:Proficient in Microsoft
Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as Google Suite products,
project management, website development, and digital marketing
platforms. Requires the ability to present meaningful data and
extract key findings. Requires excellent organizational and
interpersonal skills.Schedule:Full-Time; Monday - FridayPay
Range:$47,600 - $69,000
