Newscast. Job Summary/Description: The Creative Services
Coordinator at our TV station plays a pivotal role in managing
projects, facilitating seamless shoot schedules, and maintaining
communication between clients, the sales team, and internal
production units. This role involves a multifaceted approach,
overseeing various tasks, including event planning, scriptwriting,
video review, and utilization of project management software.
Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to): - Project
Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate multiple projects,
ensuring they align with timelines, objectives, and client
expectations. Utilize project management software to streamline
workflows and track project progress. - Shoot Scheduling: Plan and
schedule shoots, coordinating with production teams, talent, and
locations to ensure a smooth execution of creative content. -
Client and Sales Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between
clients and the sales team, understanding client needs,
communicating requirements, and collaborating to deliver innovative
and tailored solutions. - Event Planning: Assist in planning
station events, managing logistics, coordinating resources, and
ensuring events align with the station's brand and goals. -
Scriptwriting: Contribute to the creative process by crafting
engaging and compelling scripts for various content, ensuring they
resonate with the target audience and meet the station's standards.
- Video Review: Review and provide constructive feedback on video
content, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to creative
briefs. Qualifications/Requirements: - Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep them on
schedule.- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for
effective collaboration with clients, sales teams, and internal
stakeholders.- Creativity: Proficiency in scriptwriting and the
ability to think creatively to generate innovative ideas.-
Attention to Detail: Ability to review video content and ensure it
meets quality and brand standards.- Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with project management software and video production
tools.- Adaptability: Capacity to work in a fast-paced,
