Key Requirements: Must have previous experience in property
maintenance. Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing,
electrical, carpentry, and painting. General labor, property
upkeep, such as litter clean-up. Minor fixes such as repairing
broken locks, filling gaps on walls, and replacing. Conduct regular
inspections to determine areas that need attention and then perform
the tasks. Must be able to use small hand tools. Must have good
customer service. Previous HVAC experience is a plus. Must be ok
with a drug screen. Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
