Job Description Job Description Salary: We are seeking a highly
motivated, quick-learning construction professional estimating.
Estimator Locate potential jobs and perform initial
constructability analysis. Review and understand plans and project
scope Attend pre-bid meetings to clarify issues in preconstruction
documents and plan drawings. Complete detailed take-offs to
establish precise material quantities. Work with subcontractors to
establish their scope of work and ensure competitive pricing. Work
with multiple vendors to ensure exact material requirements and
establish accurate costs. Compose schedules to establish a basis
for labor and equipment requirements. Submit bid documents to the
appropriate agency. Project manager can be discussed at a later
time.
