Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the
2026-2027 school year at a K-12 school located in Metairie, LA.
This contract role offers a chance to work onsite with students in
a dynamic educational setting. Candidates with a Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or those who
are Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy services to
students ranging from PreK through 8th grade. Manage a caseload
that varies based on grade levels: PreK-8th grade: 50-60 students
4th-8th grade: approximately 55 students Collaborate with educators
and families to support student communication needs. Participate in
assessment, goal setting, and individualized treatment planning.
Maintain compliance with school and district policies and
documentation requirements. Qualifications and Experience: Valid
state certification and licensure as an SLP in a school setting.
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical
Fellows will be considered. Experience working with school-age
children in a K-12 environment. Strong communication skills and
ability to work collaboratively with school staff. Ability to
manage a caseload efficiently and maintain accurate records.
Location and Schedule: Onsite position in Metairie, Louisiana.
Full-time commitment with a 37.5-hour workweek. This role offers
