Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
offers the opportunity to serve as a School Psychologist within a
K-12 public school environment in Kenner, Louisiana. The role is a
contract position for the current school year, supporting students
and school staff through psychological services that promote
academic, social, and emotional success. Responsibilities include
conducting assessments, providing counseling support, collaborating
with educators and families, and developing intervention plans
tailored to student needs. Candidates will engage closely with a
diverse student population to foster positive educational outcomes
aligned with district guidelines. Key Qualifications: - Active
Louisiana DOE certification in School Psychology - Experience in
K-12 school psychological services preferred - Ability to complete
district-mandated drug screening and fingerprinting - Strong
communication and collaborative skills for working with students,
parents, and staff - Familiarity with school-based psychological
assessments and intervention strategies Location and Schedule: -
Onsite position located in Kenner, LA - Full-time, 35 hours per
week (7 hours daily plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch), Monday through
Friday according to the school calendar - Contract duration:
Immediate start with assignment through May 22, 2026 - Caseload and
specific school assignments to be determined Benefits of this role
