Come to IBM and make a global impact!Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.IBM Client Innovation Centers in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Monroe, Louisiana; and Lansing, Michigan are working with clients in various industries on their digital transformation journey.ResponsibilitiesCCollaborate with product management, marketing, and fellow technologists to design, develop and deliver frictionless multi-channel experiencesProvide technical guidance and be a technical mentor to SCRUM team. Lead the pre-sprint technical design and grooming activitiesDrive user story analysis, elaboration and design. Thrives to ensure code quality is high with supporting unit test and automation.Contributes to high-level architecture and drives low-level design. Champion modular design, reuse, separation of concern, high cohesion and loose couplingEmploy industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions. Ensure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable standardsThe IBM Services Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our Baton Rouge, LA; Monroe, LA; and/or Lansing, MI centers. However, some travel is expected and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and training at the client site (Monday thru Friday). You are expected to travel approximately 50% of the time. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws.
