Senior Reliability Engineer

Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT) is a $6
billion global leader in providing customers with technologies and
materials for petroleum refining and petrochemical processes and
high-performance specialty materials, including fluorine products;
specialty films and additives; advanced fibers and composites;
intermediates; specialty chemicals; and electronic materials and
chemicals.
Use your knowledge of manufacturing engineering fundamentals to
help Honeywell Geismar deliver innovative solutions that meet the
evolving needs of our customers. You will work under limited
supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented
engineers. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's
next generation products by evaluating the reliability of
materials, properties and techniques used in production. You will
be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide
expertise and ensure the success of reliability engineering
projects and programs while acting as a mentor to more junior
engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Interact collaboratively with team and leadership
Prepare or update reports and documentation
Develop new techniques and analytical tools
Identify areas for improvement
Facilitate issue identification and analysis
Plan, lead and execute projects
Facilitate issue identification and analysis
You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
or Electrical Engineering
3 Plus years' experience as a Reliability Engineer
1 + year Experience facilitating FMEAs
1 + years experience background within route cause
investigation
3 years experience within equipment strategy development

Deep understanding of the field's standards and specifications
Excellent computer literacy
Ability to focus on important information and identify key
details
Capability of following guidelines and ensuring efficiency on
tasks
Application of advanced engineering techniques to optimize
manufacturing processes
Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with minimal
supervision
Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things
done
Clearly and concisely convey subtle or complex messages to a
variety of audiences
