The ideal candidate will have expertise in water resources, hydrology, hydraulic, and civil engineering. As a Water Resources Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing water resource projects, including the development of water supply systems, flood control systems, and water treatment facilities. You will also be responsible for ensuring that these projects meet regulatory requirements and are completed on time and within budget.Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and manage water resource projects, including the development of water supply systems, flood control systems, and water treatment facilities.
• Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to evaluate the impact of water resource projects on the environment and surrounding communities.
• Develop and implement water management plans to ensure the sustainable use of water resources.
• Work with project teams to develop and implement engineering solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review technical reports, plans, and specifications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications.
• Collaborate with other engineers, scientists, and professionals to develop innovative solutions to complex water resource challenges.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • 3+ years of experience in water resources engineering, hydrology, or hydraulic engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of water resource management, including water supply, flood control, and water treatment.
  • Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
