Job Description Job Description We've teamed up with a leading natural resources and industrial company that's seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the electrical design team, supporting all phases of capital projects. Based out of the company's GNO area office, this role will provide technical and strategic leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, on-time, and on-budget engineering deliverables. This is a direct hire position offering a flexible hybrid remote work schedule, along with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Electrical Engineering team across multiple projects Ensure delivery of engineering scope, quality, schedule, and budget objectives Apply engineering codes, standards, and best practices consistently Develop electrical solutions for small to large-scale projects Promote continuous improvement and engineering excellence Plan and optimize team resources and structure Oversee engineering tools, systems, and compliance Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project alignment Participate in risk assessments, design reviews, and safety initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 10 years' experience or Master's with 8 years' experience Proven leadership on large-scale capital projects Deep technical knowledge of electrical systems and modern design practices Strong understanding of industry standards and multi-discipline project environments Experience with engineering document control, performance tracking, and project coordination Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
