Learn more at: https://www.premierautomotive.com/the-premier-difference/ Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Manager: Own the Service Department including operations, performance, and people Lead and develop advisors, technicians, and support staff Drive profitability across labor, parts, and warranty Maximize technician productivity through smart scheduling and workflow Recruit, train, coach, and hold your team accountable every day Ensure consistent follow-ups to increase customer loyalty and CSI Ensure maintenance and repairs are performed correctly Keep a safe, organized, and professional shop environment Requirements - Auto Dealership Service Manager: 3 years managing a franchise automotive dealership service department is required Verifiable performance numbers: labor gross, CSI, hours per RO, ELR Experience in a high-volume, flat-rate environment Deep knowledge of OEM warranty and repair operations Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills Urgency, follow-through, and accountability that elevates everyone around you Experience with high levels of customer and employee satisfaction and retention High character and professionalism are non-negotiable CDK experience preferred Full-time Benefits: $125,000 - $200,000 performance based yearly income!
