Out unsurpassed dependability of over 50 years of experience combined with superior quality service has allowed us to become one of the most noticed suppliers on the map.POSITION OVERVIEW:Delta Fuel Company is dedicated to recruiting an organized, motivated individual to join our team as the Construction & Facility Manager.--This position will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all installation, repair and upkeep operations of all Delta Fuel facilities and property.--The ideal candidate for this position will need to have strong project management skills, and a background in construction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Work with operations managers to coordinate and supervise facility maintenance for all company facilities and properties, including any and all mechanical equipment installed on said properties* Assist with necessary improvements, renovations, and upgrades* Procuring estimates for maintenance and construction projects* Project controls and competitive bidding to reduce cost of maintenance & construction projects * Negotiating maintenance and construction on leased properties* Manage projects to completion * Track expenses and oversee a maintenance budget, to reduce overall costs related to properties and facilities* Assist in acquiring new properties for growth and assess new properties during acquisitions* Negotiating leases on company property* Ability to gain knowledge of EPA, DEQ, and related underground and above ground storage tank regulations* Ability to gain knowledge of Bulk Fuel stations and retail gas stations* Management of (2) company deer leases, including land improvements, deer stand maintenance and construction, feeders, cameras and other related projectsQUALIFICATIONS/POSITION REQUIREMENTS:* Minimum of 5 years of construction and project management experience* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Ability to write and develop procedures * Highly organized with the ability to complete multiple tasks and assignments according to a deadline* Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand mechanical processes* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite* Travel required to Delta facilities and properties WHY JOIN THE DELTA FUEL TEAM:* At Delta Fuel, we value your success.
