This leadership position is for a professional who can train/build a team, is driven, goal-oriented, licensed with a Life and/or Health License (also for those who also advise using a Series 6/7). The training allowance bonus program is based solely upon our managing principle of rewarding an individual with increased incentives to match increased production.
