Job Duties: Support domestic and global institutions, across banking, insurance and asset management, on topics of risk governance (i.e., including Board and management oversight, risk culture, risk appetite and limit setting), risk processes (i.e., assessment, monitoring, reporting) and risk technology enablement. Contribute to the generation of new business opportunities for non-financial Risk Management including developing long-term client relationships, understanding the changing business and regulatory environment and actively assessing/presenting ways to serve clients. Our teams are focused on transforming how organizations govern and manage risk, preparing for what is next and infusing data and technology. Some of the key topics our teams are working on include operational resiliency, ESG and climate change, M&A integration, as well as core risk management activities. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. _Requirements:_ + Have a bachelor's degree inFinance, Accounting, Business, Economicsor a related field and 3-4 years of progressive, post-bachelorswork experience in risk management. + Have 3-4 years of experience in risk management within the banking and capital markets, asset management, or insurance industries. This experience may include a specific focus of governance, risk and controls and in-business risk management experience. + Have 3-4 years of experience in risk governance (including risk operating model, risk policy, appetite or culture) + Have 3-4 years of experience with projects involving the design or operation of elements in the risk management life cycle (including risk identification and profiling, risk assessment and measurement, risk metrics and monitoring). + Have 1 year of experience in Enhanced Prudential Standards, Heightened Standards, Dodd-Frank or other regulatory / best practices (NAIC, NY DFS, SEC, FINRA, COSO) and the resulting implications to enterprise risk management + Have 3-4 years of risk management consulting experience (including current state/future-state assessments, business process redesign, and target operating models) OR in a risk management or control role within the financial services industry. + Up to 50% travel **About EY** As a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services, we hire and develop the most passionate people in their field to help build a better working world.
