Job Function - Manages the Digital Banking services of the Bank to support business operations, customer-facing solutions, ATM systems, and future payments channels. Job Responsibilities - Maintains responsibility for the vendor management, training, policies and procedures regarding applicable systems. Ensures interdepartmental communication exists with all relevant workflows of the traditional and digital branches. Collaberates with other areas to maintain external/internal system interfaces and efficient integration. Creates and maintains system requirements, service-level agreements (SLA), internal scope documents, workflow diagrams, system maintenance/upgrade schedules, budgets, and relevant test plans. Measures customer satisfaction, evolution and coordinates continuous improvement of digital banking services Acts as the primary point of contact to resolve service and systems issues. Measures, analyzes and reports the success of the Digital Branch strategy. Sets annual service, activity, and revenue goals for payment platforms, progressively maximizing the service and revenue potential of each payment platform. Review periodic reports to determine robust and actionable insights. Ensures that own work is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and guidelines directly or through subordinates. Performs all other duties as assigned.Education and Related Experience - --- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.--- 5+ years related experience required (10+ years preferred) Skills and Abilities - --- Must possess strong working knowledge of Banks's core vendor.--- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)--- Thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures and practices in the areas within Deposit Operations--- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations governing banks--- Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information--- Ability to identify, analyze and solve complex issues quickly with logic and reasoning--- Ability to work with little or no supervision on assignments, determining when to act independently and when to refer situations to superiors--- Ability to work with and relate to superiors, subordinates, associates and customers in a professional manner and to motivate and lead associates to willingly achieve desired results--- Ability to effectively communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in an accurate well-organized, logical manner to effect action--- Understanding of electronic document signatures--- Understanding of peer-to-peer, ATM, and card networks--- Experience with vendor and contract management--- Supervisory skills relevant to member-facing and back-office personnel--- Communication skills relevant to leadership, organizational, and member-facing contexts--- Abstract working knowledge of information technology implementations and practices--- Appreciation of information assurance and fraud prevention--- Organizational skills and attention to detailsWorking Conditions and/or Physical Requirements - --- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.--- Ability to operate a keyboard if required performing the essential job functions.--- Ability to read and interpret a document.--- Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions.--- Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 20 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions.
