For more information, visit_ _www.skyhighsecurity.com_+ **_What you will do:_**+ Establish and communicate project strategy, deliverables and priorities to cross-functional stakeholders (internal, external and global) to gain their support and required resources+ Develop a project management process.+ Gather required data from end users to evaluate objectives, goals, KPIs and progress of projects on a regular cadence.+ Leads and ensure successful delivery of large-scale projects within marketing, aligning with marketing business objectives and goals.+ Develop and maintain all project-related documentation (project scopes, budget, requirements, project timelines & internal meetings, etc.).+ Work closely with business unit partners to understand program goals and objectives to develop strategic and project plans to achieve successful implementation and optimal results.+ Create and maintain the marketing department campaign calendar.+ Manage internal and external resource activities as they relate to projects.+ Use analytics and reported data regarding campaigns to ensure projects are meeting their stated goals and report to stakeholders.+ Coordinates marketing campaigns from initial brain storming, through implementation and debriefing on results.+ Maintaining an understanding of the company, its products and its customer base.**_About You:_**+ Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders, work to meet business and marketing objectives and targets.+ Demonstrate effective planning and stakeholder management as well as an ability to set and manage realistic project timelines.+ Manage competing priorities and timelines across the cross functional project team.+ Partner with internal and external cross functional teams (e.g. marketing technology, communications, email demand generation, creative, legal, and etc.) to foster highly engaged and collaborative partnerships to achieve optimal performance and successful outcomes.+ 5+ years' of experience in a project management role.+ Understanding of project management principles to scope, implement and report project outcomes.+ Ability to adapt and change direction as the needs of the business evolve.+ Strong leadership, project management and organizational skills, coupled with the emotional intelligence to keep projects on task and moving forward.+ Be a consensus builder and collaborator, while being adaptable to changing environments and requirements.+ Strong interpersonal skills that reflect professionalism, diplomacy, discretion and a collaborative approach to develop and maintain working relationships with multiple stakeholders.+ Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.+ Experience successfully managing complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously, juggling long-term projects with urgent and immediate demands.**_Company Benefits and Perks:_**We work hard to embrace diversity and inclusion and encourage everyone to bring their authentic selves to work every day.
