Job Description:

Berkshire Hathaway Home Services is looking for a dynamic Real Estate Operations Director/Integrator to recruit, build and lead an office of real estate professionals in the Baton Rouge and surrounding area. Candidates must have previous Broker or real estate leadership experience as well as a track record of providing excellent customer service to external and internal customers. The ideal candidate must have strong overall business management skills with prior experience leading an organization to achieve short and long-term goals.Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build an internal team to run the brokerage firm including recruiting and retention of agents, marketing the brokerage, development and growth of agents, and managing the financial aspects of the business.
  • Building a strong recruiting program that attracts agents who meet the culture of our business and are strong sales performers.
  • Work to establish and maintain a cohesive and effective culture and team environment.
  • Assure local real estate commission compliance.
  • Work with the executive team to develop and implement strategies and programs to improve performance of agents and office team
  • Oversee all financial systems, including maintaining the books, paying the bills, handling payroll, assuring the collection and payment of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports.
  • Actively contribute to growth and the reputation of the company.
  • Anticipate future business needs to develop, formalize, and drive the implementation of best standard operating procedures.
  • Design and develop strategies to provide a better service to customers.
  • Own, manage and improve all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, financial management, information management, central database management, and marketing.
  • Is responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative and office team members. Requirements:
    • Strong track record in operations and management, preferably in real estate.
    • Strong real estate sales background.
    • Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent computer skills including experience with a CRM system or database
    • Strong Analytical skills
    • Strong leadership skills
