Job Description:
Martin Wine and Spirits, family-owned and operated since 1946,
specializes in wine, spirits, imported beer, gourmet food and gift

contribute to our ongoing success. We are seeking a Deli Manager to
join our team located at 6463 Moss Side Lane in Baton Rouge,
LA.Deli Manager Responsibilities:Ensure positive front counter,
delivery and catering customer serviceRecruit, hire, and train deli
employeesMonitor quality control of deli itemsInventory monitoring
to include sales, cost, pricing and purchasingMaintain State and
Local health codes, safety and operation practicesDeli Manager
Qualifications:Education: Associate's degree or some college
required, bachelor's degree preferred; may substitute experience
for education. Culinary degree is a plus.Experience: 3-5 years
working in a restaurant or for a catering business. Catering and
event planning is preferredLicenses/Certifications: Responsible
Vendor Certification and State food safety certificationSkills:
Typing, PC/Windows, Reading, Writing, Calculating, Answering
multiple phone lines and ability to use general deli equipmentTeam
