We are seeking a Deli Manager to join our team located at 6463 Moss Side Lane in Baton Rouge, LA.Deli Manager Responsibilities:Ensure positive front counter, delivery and catering customer serviceRecruit, hire, and train deli employeesMonitor quality control of deli itemsInventory monitoring to include sales, cost, pricing and purchasingMaintain State and Local health codes, safety and operation practicesDeli Manager Qualifications:Education: Associate's degree or some college required, bachelor's degree preferred; may substitute experience for education. Culinary degree is a plus.Experience: 3-5 years working in a restaurant or for a catering business.
