DESCRIPTIONThis Project & Operations Management Intern will be responsible for supporting our GIC Operations team in a variety of projects including, but not limited to, business analytics, quality assurance, and process implementation.This is a 100% remote work opportunity based out of our Andover, Massachusetts office. This internship will run for 10 weeks (June 5th-August 11th) on a full-time, or 40 hours per week schedule. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Researching, analyzing, and documenting operations issues and the issue resolutions
• Identifying workflows and documenting step-by-step processes to optimize day-to-day functions
• Contributing research and insights to resolve data discrepancies
• Researching and implementing documentation solutions to increase the productivity and efficiency of the assigned project-based data work
• Interfacing with a variety of teams and departments to assist with tasks such as data collection, analysis, and preparing strategic reportsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Health Operations Management, Public Health, or related degree at an accredited college or university
  • Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirementsPREFERRED SKILLS, CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCES:
    • Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills
    • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of team members in a fast-paced professional environment
