• Provide support in developing strategy, roadmaps, and appropriate technology choices, stay abreast of current industry trends, best practices, tools and technologies keeping innovation at the forefront
• Execute on the roadmap and evangelize technology changes by creating and giving presentations, participating in projects, and authoring content aimed at educating others about standards, strategies, and otherwise defined best practices
• Review technical requirements to ensure alignment with business strategy, requirements and projects providing constructive input and direction for application engineering, project and operational teams
• Partner with internal business units and vendors to perform analysis against our products/processes identifying areas of improvement and operational efficiencies
• Participate in technology evaluations to assess products against the requirements and create materials for recommendations with supporting data & analysis
• Contribute to the service portfolio, project planning, status reporting for leadership and escalation managementQualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience with and in-depth knowledge of technology solutions with a focus on user experience and seamless adoption, as well as experience with implementing new technologies, performing product evaluations and writing technical documentation/standards
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • An automation mindset with a focus on optimizing and ensuring proactive troubleshooting & remediation of any interruptions to employee experiences
  • Prior experience developing integrations utilizing APIs & custom coding, designing and implementing Microsoft Teams, and other M365 collaboration solutions
  • Previous experience implementing video codecs such as Poly, Cisco, Logi, Jabra utilizing Microsoft Teams based registration; background in implementing VR/AR solutions utilizing Metaverse & Microsoft Mesh; Experience working in an Agile environment
