Director of Finance & Corporate Treasury Senior Management Baton Rouge- Laurel, BATON ROUGE, LA, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 1904 SummaryThe Director of Finance and Corporate Treasury will develop, oversee, and personally be involved with strategies and daily operations in support of the treasury function and financial risk management. The role requires a strong knowledge of corporate finance strategy to oversee cash management, borrowing, credit procedures, capital structure, and payment processing. The individual will be responsible for managing relationships with financial institutions, rating companies, and overseeing capital market activities. The Director of Finance and Corporate Treasury will develop short and long-term financial projections while recommending an appropriate strategy. They will also be responsible for compliance related to treasury and banking functions, as well as related bank risk initiatives. • Manage the Bank's investment securities portfolio, which includes strategy, yield, purchases, and projections
• Monthly ALM and IRR process
• Loan and deposit pricing
• Balance Sheet and Income Statement projections
• Liquidity management
• Forecasting on assets and liabilities
• Using average loan and deposit data to make decisions based on the information and incorporate into the projections for our model
• Using the deposit and loan pricing data to make decisions to drive the Bank towards greater profitability and incorporating into our model for projections
• Stress testing using information on betas, decay rates, prepayments, etc.
• Master's degree in business administration, finance, or related field
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in Accounting -
• Must have strong analytical/quantitative skills -
