POSITION OVERVIEW:Delta Fuel is seeking a results-driven Assistant Operations Manager to join our team. The Assistant Operations Manager supervises the Construction & Government Contracts divisions for a National service area. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-- Training and mentoring of staff members in the managed divisions-- This position ensures the accurate information is managed & disseminated to the operations team-- Streamlines all procedures and processes -- The job duties include, but not limited to: o Day to day operations of new job location set ups & Job close outs o Logistics & scheduling for equipment mobilization & demobilization o Inventory Management o Vendor procurement & Vendor Relations o Open item aging reports & reconciliations o ROI, and Job cost analysis reporting o Dispatch components to this position QUALIFICATIONS/POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Operational experience in leading a TeamThe ability to work accurately and independentlyExperience with computer software systems & reports Excellence verbal and written communication skillsAn eye for detail along with excellent analytical skillsTake advantage of this opportunity to plug into a rapidly growing company with plenty of room for advancement.
