Marketing Communications Manager
MA or Remote, U.S.
The Marketing Communications Manager is a seasoned communications and marketing professional with expertise in performance content writing, storytelling principles, and best practices for effective written communication. You use various strategies to create an impression, raise awareness, and encourage a response by the target audience for the organization and its products, services, and brands. You work independently but are also a strong collaborator across teams.

  • Provides creative writing services for the development of advertising/marketing materials to effectively represent the healthcare software products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers, prospects, and influencers.

  • Produces content that is aligned with audience insights, including SEO recommendations, to maximize performance of messaging through the lens of user experience best practices.

  • Is deadline oriented and able to manage timelines.

  • Promote thoughtful ideation around process improvement, test-and-learn strategies, and creative thinking around new modes of content delivery.

  • Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve content marketing processes and services.

  • Is able to collaborate and adapt to support multiple styles of copywriting as needed, including support for long-form articles, emails, social content, paid advertising, script writing, and other cross-channel points of collaboration.

  • Partners with management and across Marketing on content performance of campaigns and programs and improves content according to lessons learned.


    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience

    • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related fields of study a plus

      Required Experience:

      • 6+ years' experience in content marketing management, B2B experience is desirable

        Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

        • Healthcare or pharmaceuticals experience a plus

        • Strong analytical, organizational, and managerial skills with the proven ability to handle (and deliver on) multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

        • Excellent oral and written communication skills

        • Must be innovative, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver

          Travel Requirements: up to 10%
