The B2B Enterprise Marcom Manager position requires a well-rounded
marcom professional with global experience and proven abilities to
create and execute measurable and impactful communications that
directly support business objectives and drive stakeholder
engagement. The ideal candidate is action-oriented, accountable and
eager to apply their storytelling capabilities to multi-faceted
communications strategies, programs and related content.
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled marketer who is accustomed
to working collaboratively with highly matrixed teams to align
marketing communications strategy towards common goals and outputs.
This individual will act as a consultant to connect the dots
between the business strategy and the voice of the customer to take
our enterprise corporate marketing narrative to the next level.
Core Responsibilities
Enterprise Marketing Communications (-75%)
Be/become the expert on Iron Mountain target buyers/persona and
market trends across our competitive landscape and how this
intersects with our offerings. Use this to drive differentiation,
inform messaging and develop relevant proof point content.
Evolve and sustain the "One Iron Mountain Story" presentation
narrative and presentation materials. Create compelling,
differentiated messaging, with a clear understanding of the target
customer and the core capabilities of our solutions.
Coordinate with Global Sales Enablement leadership to ensure
adoption and use.
Strategize, develop, own and drive a library of customer proof
points, "wins" and success story content across various media
globally
Create case studies globally - with demonstrable results for a
solution.
Collaborate to define content creation plans to support
communication strategies and content that accelerate the buyer's
journey
Work closely with regional marketing leadership to ensure Iron
Mountain value propositions and content plans are supporting demand
generation efforts
Support the Customer Advisory Board program and other
customer-facing events as required
Support storytelling content readiness and requirements for our
Executive Innovation Center as required
Project Management (-25%)
Lead small to medium sized programs and/or projects; liaison
between internal and external stakeholders as needed
Work globally across a matrixed organization
Utilize project management tools for efficient and effective
project management, e.g., Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, etc.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Experience/Skills
5-10 years of marketing, marketing communications, and/or PR
experience in a global marketing role
Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications; Master's
degree preferred
Very strong written communication and presentation skills.
Experience working in a heavily matrixed, global organization
Excellent people skills to interact with global colleagues,
cross-functional teams and third-party vendors and agencies
Highly proactive, strong project manager to effectively manage and
prioritize multiple projects and deliverables
Ability to create clear and compelling messages as well as
willingness to roll up your sleeves to create customer-facing
assets or internal marketing deliverables, e.g., customer success
stories, blogs, etc.

Reasonably expected salary range: $73,800.00 - $98,500.00
