Job Description:

A company is looking for a Product Development Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop new vision products and services through a disciplined product development process
Provide product consulting services to support vision sales and service
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, and oversee product development pipeline projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA/MS preferred
10 years of experience in the insurance marketplace
Deep knowledge of the US insurance industry and employee benefits business
Proven experience in delivering business drivers and financial performance measures
Outstanding analytical skills and ability to conduct and analyze research
