National Sales Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a National Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Build strategic launch plans for the brand that ladder into seasonal and annual goals
Lead and Manage the field sales team to drive US WHSL business profitably
Build forecast plans to allow for healthy growth and a clean marketplace

Required Qualifications:

7-10 years of sales and leadership experience, preferably in the footwear and fashion space
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience
Strong Excel skills
Proven track record of delivering results according to sales and financial plans
Previous experience with multi-functional organizations
