We welcome you to apply!Experienced Caregivers Needed Our clients are in need of experienced PCAs that have a track record of providing exceptional care to seniors. Always Best Care provides a wide range of duties for our clients that requires a background in caregiving. Experience can come from working in Home Healthcare, Nursing Homes, Hospitals, or other facilities. Personal care for family members is recognized as experience.Flexible SchedulesAlways Best Care Senior Services have shifts that are available throughout the entire day including overnight shifts. Daytime shifts are between 4-12 hours. Overnight shifts are between 8-12 hours. Also, shifts are throughout Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. We match your schedules with the times and days you are available to work. Job Requirements:· At least 1 Year of Experience providing senior care· Able to legally drive (valid driver's license, insurance, registration)· Able to pass a drug test and background check· CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant training is a plus but not requiredGreat Benefits:· Earned PTO (Paid Time Off)· Weekly Pay· Paid Monthly Training· Competitive Pay· Paid Life Insurance Job Duties: Our PCAs perform many job duties including assisting with ADLs, light housekeeping, transportation/ errands, meal preparations, dressing, and laundry assistance. Also, more personal care may be needed in transferring, bathing, grooming, non-medical care, incontinence, Dementia/Alzheimer's, and medication reminder. The ideal candidate will be able to perform these duties while ensuring a safe, clean environment and observing any changes that should be reported.Safety: Always Best Care strives to make sure all of its employees are safe and remain healthy.
