Along the way, you'll discover the training, support, and career opportunities you'd expect from a Fortune 6 leader.--This role is equally challenging and rewarding. You'll need to work within multiple computer systems simultaneously as you respond to questions or provide specific medication details / clinical information. It's a fast - paced, high - volume environment where our members are counting on us to deliver these important, sometimes lifesaving medications in an accurate and efficient manner.--Primary Responsibilities:--

• Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate and accurate information
• Process prescriptions
• Resolve customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided
• Compounding IV Medications (if licensed)
• Working in a clean - room (if licensed)
• Pulling and staging the medications for compounding
• Using USP797 sterile guidelines
• Stocking medications
• Labeling and organizing medications and supplies
• Lifting up to 30 lbs. continuously
• Standing on feet for an 8-hour shift with breaks and lunch

    • High School Diploma / GED (of higher) OR 1+ year--of pharmacy technician experience
    • Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Louisiana
