Job Summary :
Performs importing, exporting, prepping, scanning, and quality checking functions and assures the validity of health information (medical records) within the imaging system. Performs system checks to achieve accurate health information retrieval of the electronic medical record. Assists co-workers to achieve timely availability of health information. Performs other duties assigned by department management according to policies and procedures and the mission of Woman's Hospital.
Job Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of health information experience or related healthcare experience is required.
• Scanning experience is preferred.
• Must have computer experience and be proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, and Outlook.)
• Must also understand the basic functions of Windows based applications in order to adapt to other software utilized within the department.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.

  Full-Time
  Days AND Weekends
  Pay Range:
  $12.27 - $17.33
