Now HiringPhysical TherapistOutpatient - Private PracticeLewy Physical Therapy8448 Siegen LaneBaton Rouge, LA 70810Overview:Caseload / Patient Population:The Physical Therapist hired will work with a variety of orthopedic diagnoses, with some focus on the geriatric population, a small number of neuro patients, and some stroke patients. The clinic is primarily general orthopedics. Full-time PT will see approximately 60 patients per week.Our ideal candidate is a passionate empathic team player with skills in manual therapy. New grads are welcome and mentorship is available. If hired for this role, the team will ensure that you are fully comfortable.Work Schedule:Monday: 7am - 7pm, or 7am - 4pmTuesday: 8am - 5pmWednesday: 7am - 7pm, or 7am - 4pmThursday: 8am - 5pmFriday: 8am - 1pm*One long day per week is required, either Monday or Wednesday, as well as one Saturday per month and one holiday, either Memorial Day or Labor Day.Compensation and Benefits:Physical Therapists are paid a competitive salary based on experience and specialty certifications. A brand-new grad can expect to receive a yearly salary in the ballpark of $72,000. The compensation package will increase based on the experience of the candidate hired.Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, retirement plan, continuing education, tuition reimbursement, license renewal, and APTA membership.Job Requirements:Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).Eligible for Louisiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist.Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.Prior experience is not required.
