Monday - Friday10pm-6pm - Monday - Friday6a-6p - Saturday - Sunday
(Part-time)6p-6a - Saturday - Sunday (Part-time)**$120.00 BONUS PAY
PER 12 HOUR SHIFT for Part-Time Weekend Shifts!**Walk in interviews
for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) anytime from 9:00am to
4:00pm.Requirements:Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse
(LPN) licenseHave dependable transportation, drivers license, and
car insuranceJob Duties:Provide nursing care to residents in
accordance with facility policies and proceduresAdminister and
document medication to residents in an accurate and timely
mannerObserve residents for effectiveness of drug therapy and
adverse effectsDocument resident process notes as requiredPromptly
report changes in residents' condition to charge nurseAttend staff
meetings, interdisciplinary team meetings, rehab meetings,
in-service classes and committee meetings as assignedFull-Time
