Description:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ASC Administrator to oversee the clinical, operational, and financial operations of a busy Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in the vibrant metropolitan New Orleans area.   • Oversee all clinical, operational, and financial aspects of the ASC.
    
  • Ensure the center is in compliance with all current regulatory requirements governing ASCs in Louisiana.
    
  • Lead and manage the ASC staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and efficient day-to-day operations.
    
  • Work closely with medical staff, administrative teams, and other stakeholders to enhance center performance.
    
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and other critical operational documents.
    
  • Drive continuous improvement in the quality of care and operational efficiency of the center.Requirements:Required Experience/Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
    • Current RN license in Louisiana.
    • Experience in the operating room (CNOR preferred).
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an ASC setting
