Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Rotating
weekends; mixed schedule of days, nights, and weekends as needed
Highlights: Six-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit with 1:1-2
nurse-to-patient ratios Work with advanced equipment including
ventilators, BiPap, high flow oxygen, and Giraffe infant warmers
EMR system: Meditech with Pyxis medication management Join a
328-bed, Joint Commission-accredited regional medical center with
over a century of healthcare excellence Opportunity to float to
NICU, Nursery, or OB/GYN units based on qualifications and acuity
Perform specialized procedures including spinal taps, critical drip
titration, intubation/extubation, and port access Requirements:
Active Louisiana RN license Minimum 1 year of pediatric ICU nursing
experience required Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
Experience with PICU and/or NICU strongly preferred Background in
other women's health areas such as labor and delivery or OB/GYN is
a plus Must reside within 80-mile radius of the facility Why It's a
