Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CT Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 52 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days, nights, flexible - Employment Type: Local Contract CT Technologist Location: Metairie, LA Pay: $37 – $40 per hour Schedule: Full-Time (Shift details discussed during interview) Job Description We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join a healthcare facility in Metairie, Louisiana. The CT Tech will perform diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and adherence to departmental protocols. Responsibilities - Perform CT scans per physician orders and established protocols - Prepare, position, and educate patients prior to imaging - Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment - Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards - Accurately document procedures in the EMR/EHR system - Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff Requirements - ARRT certification in CT required - Active Louisiana license (if applicable) - Minimum 1 year of CT experience preferred - Strong knowledge of radiation safety and imaging protocols - Ability to work independently and in a team environment About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
