Sterile Processing Tech Location: Lafayette, LA Agency: SnapCare Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Rotating Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Opportunity: Sterile Processing Tech Job Details: • Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM • Rotating call schedule - one week at a time (Monday through Monday) • Process approximately 15 surgical cases per day • Handle robotic, ENT, General, Laparoscopic, orthopedic instruments, and GI scopes • Complete skills checklist, competency exam, and core competencies during onboarding • Required licenses: Nursys and License/Certificate Verification • Must complete criminal background check and drug screen • Eye exam and color vision testing required • Resume and HRIS form required for submission Facility: This regional medical center operates a busy surgery department that handles a diverse range of surgical procedures and instruments.
