Compensation: Blue Link Wireless LLC, AT&T Wireless Retail Sales Associates have the potential to earn up to $45,000.00 or more per year including base rate and commissions earned on sales and up to $500.00 Ramp Up Bonus!

As a AT&T Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Blue Link Wireless LLC, you will be:

- Interacting with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
- Understanding customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
- Educating and engage customers through product demonstrations
- Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals
- Stay current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools
- Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
- Attaining monthly goals and objectives
- Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate.
- Completing all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures
- Submitting all transaction journals daily
- Assisting with inventory maintenance


We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:


- 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred but not required.
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Competitive and eager to learn! Sales Associates are paid a competitive hourly rate and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives!
- Desire to exceed customer expectations and a love of wireless technology
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule
