Concept (Relocation Supported) We are conducting a confidential
search for an Executive Chef to lead an upscale, scratch-driven
seafood-focused restaurant . This role is ideal for a chef who
takes pride in pristine product handling, thoughtful execution, and
leading a disciplined, professional kitchen culture. This is an
opportunity to own the culinary program , shape the menu, and build
a strong team within a growing restaurant group that values

(Central Texas) What We’re Looking For 4 years of experience as an
Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in an upscale or fine dining
environment Hands-on seafood experience required , including fresh
fish and shellfish handling Strong scratch kitchen background with
high standards for execution and consistency Solid understanding of
food cost, labor management, and operational controls Proven
ability to hire, train, and retain high-performing kitchen teams
Stable career progression with strong tenure Comfortable using
modern kitchen and scheduling systems The Role Lead all
back-of-house operations with a focus on quality, cleanliness, and
efficiency Develop seasonal menus and specials that highlight
seafood and fresh ingredients Build and mentor a professional
culinary team and positive kitchen culture Ensure compliance with
food safety and sanitation standards Partner with ownership and
