Banquet/Catering Sales Manager Job Responsibilities: Our Banquet
Manager is responsible for food & beverage execution for corporate,
private and social events throughout the restaurant. The Banquet
Manager will work closely with all departments to ensure successful
event execution, while overseeing employee breaks, set-up and
breakdown. The Banquet Manager is also responsible for developing
and enhancing existing private dining and catering business while
soliciting new business through lead generation and various
traditional and non-traditional sales techniques. The Banquet
Manager will work with the Culinary Staff closely, addressing
service challenges and applying procedures to prevent them.
