Benefits & Compensation Hourly paid position which will pay out
overtime when worked 5 day work week PTO 401 K with up to 3% match
Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications Lead, train, and
mentor the BOH team, ensuring efficient operations and high food
quality. Uphold food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a
clean and organized kitchen. Monitor inventory, ordering, and food
costs to ensure profitability and waste control. Effectively manage
labor costs by creating efficient schedules, monitoring staffing
needs, and controlling overtime. Manage kitchen staff scheduling,
performance, and development. Work closely with FOH leadership to
ensure seamless service and communication. Kitchen Manager
Preferred Background & Skills Proven experience as a Kitchen
Manager, Sous Chef, or similar culinary leadership role in a
fast-paced, high-volume restaurant Strong leadership skills with
the ability to inspire and develop kitchen staff. Excellent time
management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask
in a high-pressure environment. Strong knowledge of kitchen
operations, food safety, and health codes.
