Job Description Unique career opportunity Established local staffing agency located in Baton Rouge, LA has an opening for an ambitious customer service rep/ Recruiter Must have a minimum of 2 years of previous administrative experience. Staffing/recruiting experience A but not required. We are seeking someone who is willing to do what it takes to get the job done and who is interested in learning all aspects of the business who is extremely dependable. This candidate is responsible for basic office/clerical tasks, processing payroll, scheduling interviews, processing applications, and recruiting. Sales and marketing will also be a part of this position, including phone calls to existing customers and cold calls when necessary. The ideal candidate for this position will be professional with a very positive, friendly, agreeable, ---can-do--- attitude. Must be willing to go the extra mile Must be very detailed and organized with excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills. Must be an independent worker able to prioritize tasks. This is a full time opportunity with room for growth The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The pay range for this position is dependent on experience and ranges from $16-$18 per hour.
