A company is looking for an Employer Branding & Recruitment
Marketing Associate Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain an authentic and engaging editorial calendar to showcase
the company's culture and impact
Craft and execute content strategies based on research and data
Develop and curate content to amplify the company's employee value
proposition
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in content marketing and/or employer
brand
Experience in full cycle marketing project management is
preferred
Marketing agency experience is a plus
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent presentation and consulting skills
