Job Description:
**Responsibilities**+ Coordinate with clients, development area
management and staff, and vendors+ Design and implementcomplex
voice and data telecommunication projects which typically span
multiple business functions+ Consult with client and development
area management and staff in the design and implementation of new
or modified telecommunications networks.+ Develop systems
specifications, technical implementation plans and coordinates
complex installation projects with clients, development staff,
network engineering and vendors.+ Track projects and reports status
to appropriate management.+ Perform quality acceptance testing.+
Coordinate or provide training to clients during implementation.+
Participate in the evaluation of vendor proposals, conducts network
studies and traffic analyses, develops network architectures,
prepares forecasts of network traffic and capacity, and recommends
modifications to the network configurations which reduce costs or
improve service.+ Participate with vendors and common carriers and
network engineering in the identification and resolution of complex
network problems.+ May act as Project Leader.+ May be involved in
providing assistance and training to lower level Network Analysts+
Coordinates upgrade schedules with internal or external resources+
Liaison with other technical teams within the organization.+
Monitor global networking systems, manage trouble tickets and
communicate with internal clients+ Engage vendors and resolve any
discrepancies noted to minimize business impact.+ Perform root
cause analysis on outages**Basic Job Qualifications**+ 5+ years
supporting contact centers on a Nice InContact platform+ 5+ years
supporting Nice Engage Call and Screen Recording+ 5+ years
supporting Avaya Communication Manager+ 5+ years supporting Avaya
Call Manager System+ 3+ years supporting Applied Voice and Speech
Technology+ Thorough understanding of call routing and the ability
to troubleshoot issues+ Through understanding of ServiceNow Change
Control process+ Able to independently troubleshoot issues+
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or
in the future**Preferred Qualifications**+ 10+ years supporting
Enterprise Communications Infrastructure+ 10+ years supporting
Enterprise Contact Centers+ Basic understanding of Interactive
Voice Response technology+ Understanding of Zoom Cloud Hosted Voice
Services+ Experience with Genesys Cloud Hosted Contact Center
technologyTarget job Salary: $86,500.00 - $150,500.00 USD
