within the PNC footprint, except for Colorado, Hawaii or Alaska.

This position is part of the PNC Healthcare / Treasury Management
department. As a System Reliability and Support Specialist, you
will be responsible for maintaining our client facing system,
Healthcare Advantage, monitoring the system to make sure that it is
working appropriately for all of our clients. In this role you will
be responsible for attending Agile ceremonies to make sure that we
are up to speed with all releases, as well as working with other
enterprise technical teams and development teams within the PNC
Healthcare Group that are specific to the product. Additionally,
this team has a focus on improving system stability as well as
leveraging automation, so you will have a hand in system innovation
and product improvement.
Due to the nature of this position, we are looking for candidates
who have a strong background in using SQL. Additionally, successful
candidates will also have experience using Oracle, Java, Unix,
Linux, as well as experience with performance monitoring
management, such as Dynatrace.
+ Monitor, maintain and support systems and software to ensure
stability and compliance to technology standards.
+ Performs maintenance, including installation of patches and

in root cause analysis and correction resulting in prevention.
+ Monitors systems availability, performance, and capacity against
baseline metrics and reports trends.
