STATEMENT OF WORK: This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the tasks to be performed by Contractor under the terms and conditions of the Information Technology Staffing Support contract between the State of Louisiana, Division of Administration, Office of Technology Services.
McNeese State University desires to enter into contract to obtain information technology services to convert approximately 1,000 PHP-based scripts into Python. Contractor will provide IT Contract Staff personnel to serve as Application Programmer. This IT service is to be completed by June 30, 2023.
The contractor will hand over the code after the sign-off for any future maintenance of the migrated programs. The University will maintain the code after the sign-off.
Deployment of integration solution in non-production instance is the primary scope. (After user acceptance testing, McNeese will work with Ellucian to move the code into the Production environment.)
DELIVERABLES: As individual scripts are completed, a report is to be submitted to Fred Fruge, McNeese's IT Director. Contract deliverables will be reviewed by appropriate data owners. If converted script functions and continues the same functionality supporting McNeese State University's business objectives, the converted script will be accepted by the University.
LOCATION OF WORK: All work will be performed remotely.
