professional like yourself to help lead our Linux administration
efforts, ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our
systems. This position requires strong knowledge of RHEL 7-9, with
experience in STIG hardening and Ansible. This position is located
in Lafayette, LA, Knoxville, TN, Fairfax, VA, Lebanon, VA or Belton
TX. Your future duties and responsibilities: Support the Linux
environment for the database team. Development of user
documentation and guidelines. Development of presentation material.
Investigate, collaborate, and resolve production jobs and job
failures. Support weekend maintenance activities to apply changes
during non-peak hours. Provide input to continuous improvement of
Linux Administration and Support. Implement STIG hardening standard
for required systems. Utilize Ansible to manage client machines and
automate processes. Required qualifications to be successful in
this role: Excellent communication and written skills. Proficiency
in Linux Patching/upgrading. Proficiency with Linux commands and
shell scripting Proficiency with Linux troubleshooting Proficiency
with Ansible and Ansible Tower Proficiency in High Availability and
Disaster Recovery Proficiency in Linux Performance Tuning
Proficiency in STIG hardening Master's degree and 6 years of
experience in a training-related field or Bachelor's degree and 8
years of experience in a training-related field Works independently
with guidance in only the most complex situations. Acts as a
resource for colleagues with less experience. Must be able to
obtain a Public Trust Desired qualifications/non-essential skills
required: Strong working knowledge of Azure Experience supporting
databases running on Linux. Experience with working with Federal
Government clients CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to
include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this
role. The determination of this range includes various factors not
limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and
licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for
merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at
or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions
are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A
reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S.
is $90,700.00 - $198,400.00. CGI Federal's benefits are offered to
