LA. 10?4 Logistics USA is hiring full?time W2 Class A CDL drivers
for OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, operating primarily east
of I?35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, and a
competitive pay and benefits package. Modern trucks and full
benefits begin on day one. We hire experienced drivers and accept
recent CDL school graduates through a paid training program for
qualified candidates with at least 120 hours of instruction.
Compensation : Earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week, paid by direct
deposit every Friday. Exact pay depends on experience and route.
Paid training : Fully paid three? to five?week program for new
graduates who meet the training hours requirement. Bonus
opportunities : Safety and performance bonuses available. Home time
: Weekly or every two weeks, depending on fleet assignment.
Late?model equipment : Assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or
Kenworth tractors. Day?one benefits : Medical, dental, and vision
insurance; 401(k) with company match after eligibility; paid time
off and paid holidays; company?paid life and AD&D insurance;
pet and rider policies; paid orientation. Typical day on the job
Safely operate a Class A tractor?trailer in accordance with DOT
regulations and company policies. Haul no?touch dry van freight,
approximately 70% drop and hook, for major customers across the
Eastern U.S. Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery
commitments. Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team
members. Perform daily pre?trip and post?trip inspections. Who we
are looking for Valid Class A CDL. Experienced drivers are welcome;
recent graduates with at least 120 training hours are eligible for
paid training. Satisfactory driving record and a strong focus on
safety. Able to pass DOT physical and pre?employment drug test. Why
